The Legal Recruiter Directory is an initiative spearheaded by Deep Footprint, a team of digital marketers based in Chicago since 1999. Our aim is to support the needs of legal job seekers, legal employers and legal recruitment agencies across the United States.
Putting Lawyers & Law Firms In Touch With the Best Legal Recruiters
The Legal Recruiter Directory website makes it easy for lawyers and legal employers to gather information on all of the legal job headhunters in their city or state without having to conduct numerous online searches. By using the Legal Recruiter Directory as a resource in the job search/candidate selection process, legal industry staffers and local companies can simplify the job search process and get in touch with law firm recruiting agencies that may be able to place them in or help to fill a role in a given geographic market.
Helping Legal Recruiting Firms Stand Out From the Competition
Primarily, however, the Legal Recruiter Directory helps legal staffing agencies bolster their online presence so that they can forge new relationships with law firms and local companies and introduce them to the top talent in the marketplace. To do this, the Legal Recruiter Directory offers opportunities to upgrade each individual attorney recruiting firm’s listing within the directory in addition to comprehensive digital marketing and SEO services that are required to attract the most accomplished and in-demand legal candidates.
When your legal placement firm focuses on improving visibility in online searches it makes it easier for lawyers and industry employers to find your firm and reach out about working together. And, with the support of the Legal Recruiter Directory, time spent optimizing your website and online brand presence can be offloaded to the experts. This means that your staff can spend time networking and building relationships with legal incumbents, local law firms and companies in need of in-house counsel.
Who is Deep Footprint?
Deep Footprint is a digital marketing agency helping companies of all shapes and sizes navigate the dynamic online search landscape. Our work in the legal recruitment industry indicated an absence of a comprehensive and up-to-date directory in support of both attorneys looking for new positions as well as employers seeking new candidates. As a result, the Legal Recruiter Directory was born – giving attorneys easy means to get in touch with local recruiters and helping legal recruiters improve visibility amidst the sea of online competitors.
We partner with legal search firm clients to help them solve their toughest search-related challenges ranging from SEO to online reputation management and everything in between. If you’re interested in moving the needle on your legal recruiting agency’s digital marketing efforts, and actually getting results that equate with increased leads and business, we hope you’ll reach out soon. We’d be happy share success stories and case studies about how we’ve helped both legal recruiters and other professional service providers get out of the digital weeds and circumvent the tough online competition.
About The Founder
Since 1999, Alex Young has headed Chicago-based web design agency ePageCity – recently rated one of the top Web Design agencies in Chicago – as well as its digital marketing brand, Deep Footprint as Chief Strategist. Alex manages custom website design and development projects as well as digital marketing campaigns for law firms, legal recruiters and corporations. He was inspired to launch the Legal Recruiter Directory after seeing the challenges facing these entities.
By applying his knowledge of both fields, Alex knew he could apply digital solutions to tackle the many issues facing legal recruiters, including finding job candidates with relevant experience, improving candidate quality, helping increase exposure and awareness of recruiters to law firms and corporations.
It’s time to use technology to connect attorneys and employers in a way that has not been done before. That’s why I created the Legal Recruiter Directory: to facilitate a bond between law firms, corporate entities, and attorneys.
