Depending on the number of recruiters in a metro, there may be 1-3 Exclusive Listings shown. Those listings are rented monthly with the renter having the right of first refusal.
In addition to candidates and employers reaching out to you, any leads generated by the “I Need a Legal Recruiter” form on that metro will be the exclusive property of the Exclusive Listing recruiter(s).
