YSR Search was established in 2014 by Michael Harold who has over 2 decades of experience practicing law in New Orleans. YSR Search specializes in the placement of lawyers in all practice areas, including firms and some in-house counsel positions. Michael has a concentration on Louisiana but also has searches in other Gulf Coast cities including Houston, Mobile, Tampa, and Baton Rouge.

Michael serves on various charitable boards in the city of New Orleans. He is well-rounded and well-connected with many contacts around the city. He knows a lot of lawyers from having practiced law for so many years and prides himself on being able to match the right person with the right firm.
