Requirements to Practice Law
To be accepted to the State Bar of Nevada, you must first pass the Bar Exam. The fee for taking the exam is $755, and all applicants must also pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) within 3 year of passing the Bar Exam. Once you pass the Bar Exam, you will be notified as to a time and date for your official swearing in ceremony. The State Bar of Nevada does not offer Admission by Motion or reciprocity to attorneys who are already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction.
